On Monday, the boys Gold basketball team travels across town to play the Hudson Hornets. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, six Lufkin basketball teams play. The boys team travels to Houston to play the Dekaney Wildcats. The JV and Purple teams play at 4:30 p.m., with varsity to follow at 6. The girls teams host the College Station Lady Cougars on LMS Lady Pack Night. The JV and sophomore teams play at 5 p.m., and varsity wraps up the night with a 6:30 tip-off.

Six Lufkin basketball teams begin three different three-day tournaments on Thursday. The varsity boys travel to Sour Lake for the Hardin-Jefferson Tournament, and the Gold boys team plays at the Kennard tournament. The girls JV and sophomore teams, along with the boys JV and Purple teams, play at the Goodrich tournament, as well.
